Hi,

I have to configure SPA500S consolle but I can't view when an Extention is unreachable or not registered or off line.

No one is able to gime me a solution or workaround ?

Your question have nothing to do with XML Phone Applications so you are off-topic here. Expect no valuable response.

Please delete the thread (big red button on top) and recreate it in more appropriate forum - SPA IP Phones.

But as the topic has been already discussed in SPA5XX BLF Orange Solid for UNAVAILABLE State thread, your's chances to got a different answer in new thread related to the same topic are rather low. As a workaround, you can use a different state recognized by phone instead of unrecognized "unavailable" state. But it may require patch in source code of Asterisk. Read chan_sip.c source file.

You should read SPA5XX BLF Orange Solid for UNAVAILABLE State thread as suggested. EWielinga has tested it and published the results.

And you should remove off topic thread here and recreate it in SPA IP Phones. I should not respond you here at all.
