Send DN out specific port on UC540

Is there a way to send a DN out a specific port on a UC540?

Here is the problem:

We have a UC540 with 4 POTS lines plugged into the voice ports. We are wanting certain DN's to go out specific ports so dailed callers see a certain number on there caller-id.
