Changing Username on Phone Display

Hello, I am trying to change the user display name on my CISCO IP PHONE 303. Can you please provide instructions on this?

Also, on another phone someone accidentally did a full reboot of the phone and now there doesn't seem to be a connection to the network. Any guidance on what we can do to set up the phone?

Go to devices, search devices by phone model or by the directory number allocated to the phone and modify your line's caller ID displays and alerting names.
