Cannot remote into 1 of my switches.

Hello all I hope I have the right forum.

I inherited a network on site that has a Cisco ie3000 switch in a building I'm not cleared to enter yet. I can see the switch from and ajoining cisco switch but I cannot telnet, Hyperterm, SSH, or web interface into it. I will post the startup below omitting the IP but I know that is not the issue. Can anyone see what I am missing? I know it's not a hop issue as I am 1 hop away. Other switches in my network all can be accessed with no issues.

Well there is no password set up under the VTY lines.

But usually you can't enter "login" until you set a password.

What error do you get when you try to telnet ?

Jon

No error just times out. I think I'm going to get an escort into the area and I will upload a modified known working startup into it.
