Cisco PI 2.2 cannot detect the IP address of some clients

hi all,

 

I have Cisco PI 2.2 and when i go to the clients and users dashboard i found that IP address of some clients and users not appeared and its type is not detected as per attached photo.

 

please advise how can i solve it ?
