hi everybody 

i am facing problem in the mobile outgoing calls as i am getting busy tone for 7 times than call will success..(ip phone )

 

Please give me how can solve

Can you please add more details about the issue?

What is the call flow? IP phone, CUCM/ CME > SIP/ H323/ MGCP > Voice GW > FXO/ PRI/ BRI/ SIP > PSTN?

are all users affected?

do you face this issue on single phone or all phones affected?

Sorry sir, but I am facing the same problem again please help me.. He id call to mobile number must be again pressed more  one time...

none of the questions is a configuration option for the phone, but related to ip telephony topology.
