Hi,

I have a user who receives excessive Mac desktop notification popups for events such as one of their contacts enters or leaves the 'on a call' state.

Browsing the app's preferences, under Events, I see no items to configure the behavior for this event type, nor does their ~/Library/Preferences/com.cisco.Jabber.plist contain any apparently relevant settings.

Hoping to identify why this is happening, rather than implement kind of nuclear options like app reset or disabling all notifications. Any suggestions of additional things to check would be very welcome. T.I.A.

This is running with Mac OS X 10.9 & Cisco Jabber 10.5 btw.
