This is how the CIAC solution is constructed. At a high level...

1) Order in CPSC, an action creates the nsXML for output

2) nsXML goes through a transformation to CPO XML

3) CPO XML is passed into CPO's Northbound Web Services which starts a process

4) process does work and can make calls back to CPSC through the adapter or web service calls

Do you have both products but do not have CIAC content?

At a high level they integrate through web services. There is no real doc/how-to since (as I started above) it is how CIAC is constructed so it is sold as a solution.
