Media Sense recording --- user level priveleges

Hello Experts! 

               Can i configure users level priveleges  in play an serach area . Means i have multiple department how can i restricts  users to see

only there recordings ?

Please help me ..

Hi KV,

It is not possible in MediaSense natively to do this right now. If the customer wants this feature , they would need to get a Partner Add-on to enforce the demarkations. Both Calabrio and NICE offer a Search and Play add-on that can do this.

Thanks also i found that  MS9.1 could not integrate with external database while MS10.5 has a capability .
