Ironport Outlook Plugin Reply Encrypted Email

I would like to clarify whether Ironport Outlook plugins can (with flag mode) reply a "reply-message" originated from external CRES user.

Here is a situation:-

1. Corp User A compose an encrypted email to external user B

2. External user B receive this encrypted message and external user B open the HTML file with his/her CRES credentail

3. External user B reply same message via CRES cloud service

4. Corp User A receive the "reply-message" originated from external user B in outlook program

Please advise whether Corp User A can reply this "reply-message" or not with flap mode.

Did you get anything on this? I see in the documentation that reply/forward/reply all only works when the plugin is configured in encrypt mode, and not in flag mode, but that's stupid.

This is very limiting, since we need to have the email get to the Ironport un-encrypted for DLP purposes (scanning the email and logging of attachment file names and file sizes going out).

7.5 now supports this. We are switching from encrypt to flag as a result.
