Any help is appreciated .

1. Can I get a voice prompt to tell a only participant customer they are in the call???

2. Is there hold music capability for the only participant in the room??

We have codian 4500 and 4200 series MCU's ???

I know if you join an empty conference on an MCU, you'll get an audio prompt, you can also provide a message saying they are the only participant.

Settings > Conferences

Audio notifications
- Conference status: audible status messages for example indicating to a participant that he is the only participant in a conference
Overlaid text
- Conference status: messages appear when the conference's scheduled end time is approaching and when other participants join and leave the conference. Status messages can also be played for example when you are the only participant in a conference

MCUs don't have any hold music feature.

Thank you for the heads up ... I did upload the Audio Package from the TANDBERG FTP site.

No change. Looks like the First Participant .wav file isn't enabled??

What setting would enable it???
