Hello Friends,

There is requirement from one of our customer to email Jabber IM and WebEx chat messages to their email ID. They are using Office 365. I know that Jabber can be integrated with office 365 and the IM/Chat messages can be sent as email. Can we also do the same for WebEx chat? we are going with Cisco's Cloud offering for WebEx. Licensing types considered is Enterprise Edition (Named User) licenses. 

Does it make sense to go with WebEx Messenger (formerly known as WebEx connect) instead of installing on-prem Cisco IM&P server?
