packet drop hunting on ASR 9010 with SIP-700 and XR 5.1.3

I've got SPA-2XCHOC12/DS0 and A9K-SIP-700 in my lab, and I seem to be dropping packets on a small data stream (1 Mbit/sec) which is ingress on a gigabit ethernet port and egress on a multilink PPP interface on the SPA.  An old post from Xander mentioned "show controllers pse qsp" to get stats off the SIP card, but my CLI is rejecting that command.  Is there an update?  Further tips?

Thanks.

hi evan,

make sure you have root-system/cisco support as task group for the user you're logged in with, then the cmd that would help is:

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:A9K-BNG#describe show controllers pse qfp stat drop ?
  location  Specify a location(cisco-support)
