partition error in Esxi 6 install on 32gb sd card HV drive

We are trying to install esxi version 6 on cisco 32gb flexdrive. It lets to choose hv drive for installation. But after choosing to install it gives error.

Below is the exact error but we are trying to install version 6.

And similar to above 5.5 installation went smoothly.

But I need solution to install version 6 on sd drive.

The Work Around for this is to install 5.5 U1 and then upgrade from the OS once it has already be installed.

We have the same problem. Looked at internet and this thread is showing up.

The workaround from jchavesd is working. We have installed esx6 on the SD- card simply by using and sd card reader. attach an simple sd-card reader on the blade and then install esx6. When the installating is finished shut down the server and place the sd-card directly in the blade.

Boot up the server and it work!
