WebEx Enabled TelePresence (WeT) was rebranded as part of the CMR launch to be CMR Hybrid. In other words the video bridging is on-premise but the WebEx functionality is in the cloud, thus the hybrid monicker.
Cisco has published the product requirements for CMR Hybrid here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tms/release_note/cmr_hybrid_RNs_14_4.html#pgfId-153164
Reach out to your Cisco partner and they can help get the order submitted for CMR Hybrid if you want to proceed.

Let me move this to Telepresence community as this is more of a WebEx enabled Telepresence question rather than Cisco WebEx Meetings Server or Cisco Unified MeetingPlace question.
I hope this will help.
