CUIC 10.5(1) Save-As or Edit Issues

Has anyone experienced issues with the CUIC reports being able to save or edit a report? I have logged in as administrator and as myself with admin privledges and cannot save a report or edit.

I do not get any errors when I select Save-As on an existing report, or edit to add call types, agents, etc, but when I refresh, all my changes are nonexistent.

I experienced similar issues when I was using IE. Have you tried changing your browser?

Hi,

A lot many times customers think that they are logged in as Super User but that is not the case. Please ensure that you have the Signed on as section on the top right hand side showing the name as CUIC\<userid> as shown in the attached screenshot.

If it is showing correctly and then also you are not able to save the report as, then try it in the different browser. If that too does not work, send me the below two outputs from CLI of both the UCCX servers:

run sql select * from cuic_data:cuicuser

run sql select * from mmca_propertydef where propertyname='OAMP.Superuser'

In case, if the Signed on as section shows the name as CCX\<userid> that means, you are not logged in as the Super User and needs to login in using the superuser that you can find from the above two commands.

For your reference, I am also attaching the outputs of above mentioned commands from my server that shows the SuperUser is administrator:

        4096 Mbytes RAM

admin:run sql select * from cuic_data:cuicuser
id                               version name               description                          partition defaultgroupid                   sharingpermission alias firstname lastname organization emailaddress contactphone cuicroles timezoneid isactive startoftheweek

Morning,

I never received any notifications that there were responses to my thread. I did resolve the issue by using Firefox, and I also had to login as administrator and enable the properties of the previously created reports for all users. Thanks for the feedback
