Hi, 

we are running CUCM 7.1.5 and we have an customize application subscribed on every phone manually. So user access the application via services options right now.

Proposed senario:

We are trying to Unsubscribe the currently running services from all the phone, and going to subscribe the new services. 

Trying to accomplish both with the help of BAT.

Subscribing Services:

We have created a Phone Template on BAT then subscribed a services to it and added the Phones to it via Update Phone-> query after running the Job in query we could able to see the subscribed service on the Phone.

Challenge on this:

1. Wen a servies ABC is already present in phone, but we are subscribing the same service via phone template, it is getting added agin and showing twice in Phone.remove duplicate option is removing all the existing services and keepin the only one which we subscribed. not sure if this is an error or wat
2. Also how to add more than one phone on Phone template as we see few search criteria like davice name , desc, device pool etc.

Unsubscribing the services:

1. same way above we are trying to Unsubscribe the service on Phone template, but its not un subscribing the service on phone and service still remain on phone. Please let me know if un subscribe is possible thourgh BAT.
