Account Locked by CUCM PUB

Hello ,

I have problem with user in Cucm.

The user get locked in active directory.
Please refer to the picture:
In DC the user is locked from CUCM PUB.

any idea?

Not sure if that is the case but check the following settings on respective user page if locked check box is checked...

If the user is locked in AD you have to go to AD to unlock it. You can't do this through CUCM.

Hi,

 

If CUCM is configured for LDAP Authentication, and you are trying to authenticate to CCMuser page with incorrect credentials it can lock the account on AD. If it is happening fairly frequently it will be easy to tack. i would suggest running a PCAP on AD server to capture authentication data. There are other application which use end user authentication to login example CAD, Jabber ETC they could also be a potential issue.
