Hi,
I have spa504g and I press the button (extension number) on the screen does not appear when I called the call center IVR but yealink T20p show on the screen.

Sorry, but I don't understand the issue description.
Please describe step-by-step what you are doing, what you wish to see on display and what's shown instead.

Hi,
Example:
- I call to cisco main IVR( 1-800-553-6387) from spa504 phone.
- IVR say "if you know Please dial the extension number" then I press extension number but this press number not showing spa504 phone.
