Hello,

I have a cluster 1 (publisher) 3 (sucribers) the last sucriber is on a remote site, but I can't make the DB sync, I can reach the Publisher.

The thing is I have firewall on both sides and they are Fortigate, my question is, is there any special configuration I have to do on the Fortigate

to fix the DB issue?

Thanks.

Hello Carlo,

I  already checked the ports and they are open as the document is requested.

Thanks.

Hi.

Have you checked the delay between Main and remote site ?

I remember you that it should be 40 ms one way.

Which is the output of a show network cluster

If possible post the result here

Let us know
