AUDIO BUT NO VIDEO WHEN IN A CALL ON EX90

Running Ex90 TC 6.0 and problem is when dialing PTP call connects good audio but no video.  When the call is to a Bridge good audio and video ??

Any ideas.

Have looked at changing the MTU size to 1280 from 1500 which has corrected this issue in the past on other systems as well as disabling encryption but still a problem ... EX90 will not let me mess with Video protocols  like I could with MXP's .. CISCO at it's best taking capabilities away from us ...

So a bit frustrated...that can't have as much flexibility trouble shooting  with these new systems as we could with the good OL TANDBERG MXP's.

This call PTP the endpoints are on the same site?

Do you have any firewall between the endpoints?

Hi it would also be nice to know which endpoint you are calling. You can play with the video protocols as in filter them out if you want to use a specific one or disable for that matter.

Is the call, SIP or H323?

We need more details in order to narrow down the issue.

Can you please give us a bit more info on the environment?  Are these devices all in the same location/subnet, or are there firewalls / wan links / different subnets invoplved?

Are you trying to do a true PTP call between the two devices, or are you using a call control platform (CUCM, VCS, etc) and making a call from one endpoint to another?

You can change the video condecs used on the endpoint on the EX90, similar to what you did on the MXPs, it's just different.  The newer devices use Capset filters.  Have a look at how-disable-audiovideodata-protocols-c-series-ex-series-and-e20-endpoints for some examples.
