We have a new deployment of ESX on UCS Mini. We can ping out to the Nexus switches from ESX host, but hosts cannot ping each other. We also have another install with similar issues, but pings sporadically drop....
Please check the Upstream SW that works as Default GW for this Vlans and confirm that there is only 1 entry per MAC address in the Arp table. If there is more than 1 entry per MAC check this VMware Bug.
