4 x 1G network module in 3650; do these swithports support 100Mbps links? I mean, could I plug a FastEthernet SFP on this ports?

No, those are Gig only.

Are we talking about the same thing because, I just tested that setup successfully?

I am curious about that, I got that setup on the lab, let me check... yes it works with the SFP on the 3650, but not with the old large Gig adapter on a 3550.
So yes SFP on a 3650 can do 100Mbps, but why would you "waste" Gig interfaces on 100Mbps instead of using a switchport? Are you at the limit of the number of ports available?

Shawn,
Thanks for testing this. I tried it once and it did not work for me. Maybe a bad sfp.
I also found this in the data sheet:
100BASE-FX, 1000BASE-SX, -LX/LH, -ZX, -BX10, DWDM and CWDM SFP transceivers: LC fiber connectors (single-mode or multimode fiber)
To the OP, my apologizes, it should work.
