MCS server

Hello.. i have Cisco media convergence server(7800). I want to setup this for my voip phones to get register. Pls help me how could i configure this.

Any kind of help would be really appreciated.

You need to know EXACTLY what MCS you have, and if it supports CUCM in the very first place, review the CUCM HW compatibility matrix, THEN, you need to buy the CUCM licenses. If you're and end customer, engage with a local CIsco partner for assistance with the ordering of what is required.

currently this time if i start MCS server and connect monitor, it shows it has no operating system installed.

What i can see on devices label is PID VID - MCS-7825- I4 V03

Does this model support CUCM, pls suggest. Also would i need disk to install OS on this server.

You need a valid contract to download software images via PUT, as well as for the licenses you have to buy.

If you're NOT a partner, you'll need to reach one to buy any of the above.
