Flex Controller 7510 Support for 1G

I'd like to find out if the SFP+ slots on a Flex Controller 7510 can use a 1G interface, All the documentation points to it only supporting 10G, which in my mind is kinda daft.

the SFP+ ports are 10G only. The 7510 is designed to handle up to 6000 AP.
