Did you cd to the directory?

cd c2960c405-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE5

Then try the copy from there.

That did it.  I cd to that directory and used the same syntax and it worked like a champ!

C2960C#$-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE5/c2960c405-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE5.bin tftp
Address or name of remote host []? 192.168.145.137
Destination filename [c2960c405-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE5.bin]?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
15208832 bytes copied in 57.940 secs (262493 bytes/sec)
C2960C#

Many Thanks!!!
