Is there a document that describes the detailed steps for the TAPS Configuration on CCM 10.5 and CCX 10.5?

Hi Wilson,

in the CUCM 10.x link, I found another link to a CUCM TAPS Configuration.

I also found an important info in this link: TAPS and Cisco UCCX with a Standard License.

The TAPS application does not work with a Cisco UCCX Standard license. You must use either an Enhanced or Premium license.
