Hello,
I recently purchased a used Tandberg 880 MXP, it was working fine however I made a config change that cause it to reboot over and over so thinking I would fix the issue I did a factory reset on the device. I was unaware I needed to copy down the bandwidth and option keys before resetting and now I have a paperweight. I understand that the MXP is EOL and I do not have a support contract with Cisco, is there ANY way I can get the keys back by providing my serial to someone from Cisco? This is my last option otherwise the unit is going in the trash can. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should be able to look up the release and option keys on the licensing portal; https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Quickstart#.
Expand "Get other licenses" then select "Telepresence License to Resend" and enter the serial number of the codec.
