Each Line in SPA9000 require a different wan (One Internet and one VOIP)

I have a SPA9000 and I'm using two lines (out of four). One from my internet provider, which needs the VOIP wan, and the other from a SIP provide, over the Internet.

Also, I have a two WANs router (one for the internet and one for the VOIP).

 

So, If i routed my SPA9000 to the VOIP WAN, the internet provider VOIP line will register, and the other fail. And If I routed the SPA9000 to the internet WAN, the SIP provider line "the one over the Internet" register and the other fail.

I'm not sure what to do, any one can help? FYI, my router is Huawei hg8245.
