Minimum UCS c220-M3 firmware version for CUCM 10.5 on vSphere 5.x

I'm currently running CUCM 8.5, on vSphere 4.1 host, on UCS-c220-m3 chassis. We want to upgrade CUCM to 10.5. What is the minimum version of vSphere? What is the minimum UCS firmware version?
