"sup-bootdisk" or "sup-bootflash" are the same.  They are the CF found INSIDE the line card which is the default location of the Supervisor's card IOS.

"disk0:" is the external CF slot which can also be used to store IOS and other files.

Actually I believe "sup-bootflash" is found on older sup720s and "sup-bootdisk" is found on newer sup720s or those that have been upgraded.  Logically, as Leo noted, they are the same, their principal difference is how much storage space they can provide.  If I also recall correctly, "sup_bootdisk" uses CF, while "sup-bootflash" does not.

Thanks Leo,  'boot system flash' means via sup-bootdisk?

'boot system flash' means via sup-bootdisk?

Nope.  "boot system flash" is generic.  You need to specify the LOCATION of the flash.  It could be "boot system flash sup-bootdisk:" or "boot system flash disk0:", etc.
