UC320 asking for Modifier Code?

Hi there,

We have a Cisco UC-320 we remotely manage and maintain for one of our clients. Upon attempting to login i've been asked to supply a modifier code? This has us stumped in the office as its not something we've seen before? typically we just enter username and password from the remote access screen.

Sadly the box is out of warranty so I cant ask Cisco directly

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This happens about half the time to me, too. In Status, Network, there's a dialog box asking me to enter a cloud modifier code, with an Apply button, too. Weird. Did you ever figure this out please?
