I am trying to find out if there is a way to track how many support members are logged into a hunt list or hunt pilot. I have been able to see how many members are available in the hunt pilot but I want to know how many are logged in, busy or not. Is there a way to do this using the api found here: https://developer.cisco.com/site/sxml/documents/api-reference/perfmon/#overview or is it possible at all?
