Site-2-Site VPN configuration between a RV130W and a Fortigate 200D

Hello, have been struggling with getting this to work for almost one week now....Any help is appricated.

Problem; even if I configure the IPSec/IKE exactly the same at each end the tunnel doesn`t come up. I have used the following tips/sites, none of these has worked...

http://blog.webernetz.net/2015/02/02/ipsec-site-to-site-vpn-fortigate-cisco-router/ (I know, a 2811 RTR)

http://docs.fortinet.com/uploaded/files/1691/configuring-IPsec-VPN-with-a-FortiGate-and-a-Cisco-ASA.pdf (I know, an ASA....)
