Looking for Aterisk replace

Hello all,

i am looking for some better and cleaner solution for IP PBX in our company. At this time we are using Asterisk free IP PBX but i dont linke it.

Is there any cisco product that be used for IP PBX?

Our requirements are:

We are using 4x SIM cards as VoIP trunk for incoming calls.

Also using 8channel VoIP trunk for incoming calls.

Recording

Reporting

Editable IVR

Redirecting

Thats all

is it contact centre? for 13 incoming calls?

It is a very small suppport centre. We have 13 incoming lines but for only 3 operators. We need also wait message for users waiting on line for operator.

Have cisco this kind of solution?

I strongly suggest you get in touch with a local Cisco gold partner so they can look into ALL of the requirements you would need, so they can propose the right system for you.

Be sure to list all the requirements and features you need/want so they can be all taken into consideration.

Hi,

I agree with Jaime. Get in touch with Cisco partner to get the right solution with right sizing. There are many factors to consider and the solution can vary from UC520 to CME to CUCM.
