Voicemail is not feature of phone but feature of PBX, call manager or so.
In advance, your question have nothing to do with XML Phone Application (the community you placed your question to), thus you are off-topic here. It must be either deleted at all, or moved to appropriate place.
Please use blue [ EDIT ] button on top to move this thread to the community dedicated to device providing voicemail to you. If you are using a SMB device, e.g. something like UC3xx, UC5xx, BE3xxx, BE6xxx, SPA9000 select appropriate community from Small Business Voice and Conferencing list. If you are using a CUCM or so, move it to IP Telephony.
