This is probably going to be one of those things where I ask the question and then facepalm when I see the answer, but our voice specialist is out for the next two weeks and I am starting to get requests for incoming call reports on some of the lines, and for the life of me I cannot find where to do that.
We are on 10.5 and I remember the old version we were running it was right there in front of me. Maybe I am just missing it? Any help would be appreciated, and remember, I don't normally do this so speak to me like I am a user.
