Hi I am configuring failover of ASA. In the same network, I got the following ping result when the ASA ping its neighbor's device. Can you take a look at the result. Is it firewall issue or other connection issue ? Thank you

Hi;

You can do a "show interface gigx/x". Check if:

  1. There are overruns
  2. There are underruns

Then check for CPU spikes, or high CPU issues. Finally, take a capture on the interface for 100 packets, check the capture and see if you can see the 100 requests, at that point for sure, you should be able to tell that there is a connection issue, but not on the firewall side.
