Updating DNS and SMTP on Call Manager 8.5

I have a Call Manager cluster that is currently on release 8.5.1.16900-6. 

There current DNS and SMTP servers are unreachable after some investigating I found the devices have been decommissioned and new devices with new IP's have taken there place.

 

My question is is there any issues by changing these IP's?  I was told that by changing the DNS I could invalidate the licenses, want to make sure I do not create a larger issue with this system.

If these are virtual machines, yes, that's correct, you will have 30 days to have your licenses rehosted before the system locks due to the invalid license. Once you have the new license MAC, reach licensing@cisco.com to have them rehosted.
