CoPP customized policy on Nexus 5548UP not taking effect

Hi All,

I am trying to change the CoPP policy from default policy to customized policy on Nexus 5548UP running 6.0(2)N2(2).

After modifying the 'copp-system-policy-customized' policy and applying it to the control-plane I still see that the default policy is the one that attached to the control plane.

This is my config:

5K(config)# control-plane
5K(config-cp)#  service-policy input copp-system-policy-customized
5K(config-cp)# end
5K# sh copp status
Last Config Operation: service-policy input copp-system-policy-customized
Last Config Operation Timestamp: 10:31:43 UTC Jan 18 2014
Last Config Operation Status: Success
Policy-map attached to the control-plane: copp-system-policy-default

If I'm trying again to apply the customized policy, it will show that none policy is attached to the control-plane:

5K(config)# control-plane
5K(config-cp)#  service-policy input copp-system-policy-customized
5K(config-cp)# sh copp status
Last Config Operation: service-policy input copp-system-policy-customized
Last Config Operation Timestamp: 10:39:57 UTC Jan 18 2014
Last Config Operation Status: Success
Policy-map attached to the control-plane: None

If I type 'no service-policy input copp-system-policy-customized' the default policy will be attached back.

Any thoughts?
