SPA504 Call Waiting Tone

Hi All,

I am trying to alter the call waiting tone on a 504 but regardless of what change I make I seem to get the default Call Waiting tone when on a call. I have changed the Call Waiting Tone to 440@-10;*(.3/55/1) from the default but doesnt appear to have altered even following a reboot.

Handset is using 7.5.7 software version and hardware is 1.0.3.

If I remove the value all-together I get silence as expected but changes dont seem to have an effect.

Any Ideas appreciated.

Use blue [ EDIT ] button on to of page and move this thread to community dedicated to SPA504 - SPA IP Phones.

I can only see an option in the second drop down that is Small Business Voice and Conferencing. On neither drop down can I see a SPA IP Phones, apologies but can you confirm which of the two drop downs I should be able to see this?
