My boss has started an online class that uses GoToMeeting. I have been using the test link at https://www3.gotomeeting.com/join/406552062. to verify connectivity. It worked twice ahead of time on a couple different days, but failed to connect on one occasion that a reboot seemed to solve. When it came time for the class to begin he was unable to connect. I tried on a couple different workstations that allow all ip traffic rather than just tcp/http, tcp/https with the same result. I was able to connect to the session by physically disconnecting the ASA and using the outside connection directly. All other sites I tried to access worked fine. The live debug logs showed nothing being blocked from the workstation. I have no time-based blocking on that network. I am not using any site based filtering. The show shun command returned no results. DNS resolution appeared to be working.
When I came in yesterday everything was working and I haven't had any issue since. His next class is next week and I want to insure that there are no issues. Any thoughts?

Hi Michael,
If you are able to connect to the meeting with ASA inline then I am assuming that your configuration is correct.
You have mentioned that during certain time frame gotomeeting was not reachable. Did you try reaching out to different website at the time of the issue?
Also share details of ASA version and also let us know if there is any services module on ASA.

Yes, all other sites I tried to access were reachable. The ASA version is 9.1(4), it has an IPS module installed but I do not have a license for it. The IPS is enabled on the service policy for the outside interface in inline mode. I did attempt to uncheck the enable box in ASDM for the IPS but was still unable to connect at the time. So far, every other time after Wednesday evening that I have tried to connect I have been able to, I just want to try and understand the problem and insure it works for his next class.
