IP MUX connection to Cisco L3 Switch connecting mainsite to remote sites

We have a network setup that is using a RAD IP MUX systems to multiplex t1 lines from one main site to remote sites.  The physical connections looks like below.

IP MUX device --> L3 Switch --> 6509E Core Switch --> Remote L3 Switch (using Lightpath V-line connection) --> IP Mux --> Remote L3 Switch -- >Access layer device(such as phones, faxes, PCs etc).

We configured the network in such a way that the remote sites connect to the mainsite using IP MUX for telephone/voice services.  However, users at remote locations are complaining about noise in their calls as well as having issues with sending faxes. When we check the show interfaces commands, the interface comes out clean.  There is no drop, crc errors or anything unusual.  However, when the RAD team log into the IP mux device, they see incrementing sequence errors being recorded rapidly.  there is no sequence error on the mainsite RAD IP Mux device.  We see sequence errors only on the remote sites.  We use eigrp on the WAN connecting the sites.

The IP mux team said that even though there are 1Gig interfaces connecting sites, we should configure bandwidth utilization.  However, when i configured bandwidth allocation of 4MB(their recommendation) under the L3 vlans, the situation has not improved.

Would anyone happen to know what may be needed to eliminate the voice noise issues on the remote sites?  Please advise, as i need to get up and running by Wednesday.

Hello,

do you have any new info about this? Because we have the same problem in our network.

Did you try to configure QoS to prioritize traffic generated by IPmux?

Thanks

No, i am still working on finding out answers for this issue.  I havent had any luck just yet.

I have reached out to a friend about helping me with Qos on this and i will let you know in case it works out for me in the end.
