Only one person has reported this and and for a while i thought he was just fat fingering the phone but im starting to think he isnt. When he calls in and dials an extension(101,102,103) it will transfer him to 100. this doesnt happen all the time so its hard to test. the only difference i could think of is the speed that he dials the extension. Ive asked him if he is dialing the extension too fast and waiting for his response. Im thinking that if he is dialing too fast that CUC isnt detecting all the DTMF and then just matching the closest thing to it? has anyone else had this problem or can think of what could be doing it?

Is this CUCM or CME deployment? If CUCM try to get the traces within approx window of his dialing using RTMT.
