Good afternoon.  I"m working on a script (subflow) that plays the estimated wait time.  I have reviewed numerous posts within the forum and cannot figure out where my error is.  The main script calls the subflow fine, and I get to the point where it plays my prompt that says "all of our agents are currently busy, your estimated wait time is" then it rings and plays the system difficulty message.

Any assistance would be great.  I appreciate it!
