changing location BW

I need to change the Hub setting for a particular location - do I need to reset anything - Phones-DP's, Resynch etc - Im running CUCM 9.x

Yes, changing location either to the device pool or directly on the device will require reset to the phones.

Thanks for the reply. I don't want to reset any ddp or phone if I can help it.

but the question was if I change, increase  the BW in the location settings and save it- do I need to reset anything for the new BW to take effect?.  I thought I saw an icon on pre ccm9.x that was a bandwidth resynch option

No need to reset if you increase the bandwidth of location. It will take affect immediately.
