What is difference between following two module ?
SFP-GE-L= vs SFP-GE-L , one has = to sigh at the end and other don't.

For all Cisco SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), the "=" at the end denotes a spare part or item ordered separately.
Without an "=" generally means the exact same item is ordered as part of a parent configuration - for instance, an SFP as an optional part of a switch module.
They are exactly the same physical part.
