How to understand ISR router "show virtual-service"?

I need to implement ISR-WAAS on this ISR 4400 router. From the "show virtual-service" below, does it mean the router has 4 GB memory, 1G Flash, and about 200 GB storage volume? If that's the case, I need to plan for memory upgrade to 8 GB at least?

ISR-router# show virtual-service
Virtual Service Global State and Virtualization Limits:

Infrastructure version : 1.6
Total virtual services installed : 0
Total virtual services activated : 0

Machine types supported   : KVM, LXC
Machine types disabled    : none

Maximum VCPUs per virtual service : 4
Resource virtualization limits:
Name                              Quota     Committed     Available
--------------------------------------------------------------
system CPU (%)                  75             0            75
memory (MB)                   4096             0           4096
bootflash (MB)                 1000             0           1000
harddisk (MB)                20000             0           19134
volume-group (MB)      190768             0           170288

I also did a "dir all" on the router, but didn't see "ISR-WAAS OVA" file on bootflash: or harddisk: So I need to copy the OVA file to the router first. Correct?

Thanks

yes you need to copy .ova  to harddisk,And about memory u can decide the ISR waas profile which can be deployed with ur hardware standard
