Auto Attendant feature with CUCM and CUC.

Hi All,

 

I have a setup with CUCM, CUC and CCX are configured in Business Edition 6000. I want to setup Auto Attendant with the below requirements.

 

  • All incoming calls from PSTN network (configured in Cisco 2921 gw) will land to Auto Attendant Extension, then they should be able to hear the recorded prompt and they need to dial the user Extension (to whom they need to speak with).
  • If they don't know the Extension number, the call should transfer to the Operator extension with in 15 secs.

 

Please help me guys, to achieve this requirement.

There are PLENTY of threads on the subject on CSC, a simple search would have provided all the info you need.

All there is to configure, are call handlers and caller input, if you have worked with CUCM and CUC, this is a really simple task.

I even wrote a small set of instructions for that...
