Cisco Call Manager Express - License required for small setup

An area that's sometimes a challenge when it comes to Call Manager Express is knowing what all license are needed/involved. Could someone please give me a run down on the licenses required for a small independent (stand alone) Call Manager Express setup (no SRST needed as this is a stand alone setup for a small business). Any help is greatly appreciated, specific license numbers get 5 stars... ;-).

Using the following equipment-

1 - 2911, with FXS card for 2 DID's
12 - Cisco IP phones (such as 7962g)
Cisco Unity Express for 5 voice mail boxes (Unity Express will run on a SM-SRE-910 module)

Hi.

As mentioned on many posts here, CME license are honour based which means that CME would work even without license.

anyway...

You can buy a bundle with sku C2921-CME-SRST/K9 which includes a 2921 gateway with 32 PVDM and 25 SRST or CME User license.

to add user license you need to buy:

FL-CME-SRST-X= where X could be 5 25 or 100 which is the users license quantity

In addition to what Carlo mentioned, you will need L-FL-CUE-MBX-? & FL-CUE-PORT-? for CUE module. ? is the number of IVR ports and mailboxes.
